  2.                   Pre-divorce agreement 
  3.  
  4. Ronald Rei'Dio, referred to herein as HUSBAND and Beatrice Allen
  5. Rei'Dio, referred to as WIFE, agree: 
  6.  
  7. The parties were lawfully married on June 10, 1990 at Tuscaloosa,
  8. Tennessee. Difficulties have occurred between the parties, and
  9. they have agreed to live separate and apart. 
  10.  
  11. The parties nevertheless desire to resolve certain issues and
  12. consequently, have entered into this agreement. 
  13.  
  14. The parties have 1 children born of this marriage, named: 
  15. Neville George 
  16. born, 10/31/92, respectively. 
  17.  
  18. The parties have made a complete disclosure to one another of
  19. financial matters and each is satisfied that they have had
  20. sufficient disclosure of the parties individual and joint
  21. finances. 
  22.  
  23. The parties have each been advised by advisors of their own choice
  24. regarding their legal rights and any disclosures made herein. 
  25.  
  26. The husband shall assume the following debts, and hold the wife
  27. harmless from the same: 
  28.  
  29. mortgage, $85,887.00 
  30.  
  31. The wife shall assume the following debts, and hold the husband
  32. harmless from the same: 
  33. car payments, $7,930.67 
  34.  
  35. Neither party shall incur any further debts which may result in
  36. joint liability. In the event that either party incurs a debt on
  37. joint credit of the parties, they shall be responsible for the
  38. same. 
  39.  
  40. As child support, HUSBAND shall pay support weekly the sum of $
  41. 250.00 ( two hundred fifty & no/100 dollars).

  43. The HUSBAND shall maintain health insurance for the benefit of
  44. Neville. 
  45.  
  46.  
  47. Personal property of the parties shall be divided as follows:

  50. The HUSBAND shall have the following property:

  52. 1987 Chevrolet Chevette 
  53.  
  54. The WIFE shall have the following property:

  56. house 
  57.  
  58. If any debts are associated with the items of property divided
  59. herein, the party receiving the same shall assume the debt and
  60. hold the other party harmless from such debts. 
  61.  
  62. Any property not specifically divided herein shall be subject to
  63. distribution at a later time. 
  64.  
  65. The wife  shall have temporary possession of the residence owned 
  66. by the parties located at 1569 Heath Road. Expenses related to 
  67. the residence shall be borne by the parties as follows:

  69. Husband: 80 per cent 
  70. Wife: 20 per cent

  74. The parties agree that this agreement is intended to be a final
  75. disposition of the matters agreed upon herein. This agreement may
  76. be introduced into evidence and incorporated in a final decree of
  77. dissolution of marriage. In the event that any disputes occur
  78. regarding this agreement the prevailing party shall be entitled to
  79. reasonable counsel fees regarding such enforcement.

  81. THIS IS A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE AGREEMENT. READ CAREFULLY AND OBTAIN
  82. LEGAL ADVICE BEFORE EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT.
